JCMG does not exclude people or treat them differently because of age, color, disability, genetic information, marital status, national origin, pregnancy, race, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sex, sexual orientation, or veteran status.
JCMG provides the following:
- Free aid and services to people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us, such as qualified sign language interpreters
- Free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters
If you need these services, contact the JCMG Civil Rights Coordinator (Chief Executive Officer). If you believe that JCMG has failed to provide these services or you have been discriminated against in another way on the basis of age, color, disability, genetic information, marital status, national origin, pregnancy, race, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sex, sexual orientation, or veteran status, you can file a grievance with the JCMG Civil Rights Coordinator. You can file a grievance in person or by mail, fax, or email. If you need help filing a grievance, our Civil Rights Coordinator is available to help you.
