Express Care of JCMG is a walk-in clinic designed to treat immediate, non-emergent health concerns. Patients may be seen for any conditions that are not life-threatening, but cannot wait for a doctor’s appointment, such as minor cuts and burns, strains, sprains, earaches, headaches, seasonal allergies, animal bites, minor fevers, sore throats, coughs, colds, flu, minor diarrhea, pink eye, and more.

Express Care appointments are not necessary, but you may get in line at Express Care here. Patients may walk-in during hours of operation for urgent care needs.

Dr. Rezwan Islam is seeing patients at the Fulton clinic one day per week. Family Medicine visits with Dr. Islam are by appointment only.
