Express Care

Effective August 1, 2024, patients with high-deductible health plans or patients who self-pay will be required to pay $100.00 at the time of service at all JCMG clinics. This does not apply to patients who have a set co-pay. This payment will be applied to your bill and will result in fewer statements. Please contact the JCMG Billing Team if you have any questions.

Express Care of JCMG is designed to treat immediate, non-emergent health concerns, in addition to providing wellness services. Patients may be seen for any conditions that are non-life threatening but cannot wait for a doctor’s appointment. Treatment areas include:

minor cuts and burns, strains, sprains, earaches, headaches, seasonal allergies, pink eye, animal bites, minor fevers, sore throat, strep throat, cold, minor diarrhea, and flu.

Appointments are not necessary for express care services. Patients may walk-in to any of our locations or call ahead to inquire about wait times at: (573) 634-4878. We accept most insurance plans, in addition to accepting cash, checks, and major credit cards. As of May 2024, all Express Care of JCMG clinics accept Healthy Blue.
