Same-Day Appointments

Same-day Family Medicine appointments are now available at our Stadium Blvd location. With additional providers, we can offer even more accessible primary care!

Expansion at Stadium Blvd

Family Medicine providers can now be found at three windows on the first floor of the JCMG Medical Building. With this expansion, some providers have moved to new first-floor check-in windows. Please follow the directional signage upon arrival to ensure you check in at the correct window.

New Elm Court Providers

Dwight Jones, FNP, and Heather Evans, FNP, are now seeing both new and established patients at our convenient Elm Court location.
