Haley Hallford, FNP-C,APN

Haley Hallford pursued a career in healthcare because of her desire to help people through challenging times. She finds fulfillment in making a meaningful difference for patients and their families, no matter how big or small, and is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lincoln University in Jefferson City before completing her Family Nurse Practitioner education at the University of Missouri. Prior to joining JCMG, Haley spent nine years in critical care nursing, caring for patients with trauma, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions. Haley’s experience working in cardiothoracic surgery at the University of Missouri directly impacts the level of care she provides orthopaedic patients at JCMG.

A Jefferson City native, Haley is proud to serve the community she calls home. She works alongside Dr. Middlemist in both the clinic and surgical setting, helping patients navigate their orthopaedic care journey. Outside of work, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband and their son, golfing, and making memories with family and friends.

Haley is passionate about providing comprehensive orthopaedic care and helping patients regain function, mobility, and quality of life. Drawing on her background in critical care and surgical specialties, she enjoys supporting patients through both non-surgical and surgical treatment plans. Haley is committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care while helping patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their healthcare journey.
