Emily was born and raised in Osage County, Missouri. Driven by a desire to help others, she earned her undergraduate degree in Health Studies from the University of Central Missouri before attending High Point University to complete her doctorate degree in physical therapy. Emily and her husband, Preston, were married in 2022 then began traveling as contract physical therapists together in 2023. During her time as a physical therapist, Emily has treated patients with an array of diagnoses including orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and vestibular diagnosis. She enjoys treating a variety of conditions and looks forward to continuing to treat patients closer to home. When she is not in clinic, Emily enjoys playing indoor and sand volleyball, participating in trivia nights, and trying out new recipes.
