Chantel Green, FNP-C is concerned with the study, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cancer and precancerous disorders. She develops an individualized treatment plan for our patients and their families which maximizes treatment goals while providing the highest quality of care.
I was born and raised in JC and believe our community has excellent nursing schools and programs. From a young age, I always knew I wanted to be a nurse. My mom was a nurse at SSM and I always loved listening to her stories and visiting her at work (sadly, she passed away unexpectedly when I was 13).
In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. My family includes my husband Eric, three sons (Tyler, Ryan, and Kade) and 2 rescue dogs (Bentley and Bella). It doesn’t matter what we do, we always have fun! We enjoy going to amusement parks, the lake, shopping, dancing, watching all kinds of sports, and just making memories together!
