Jefferson City Medical Group (JCMG) physician Benjamin Cook, DO, received the prestigious Physician of the Year award from the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons (MAOPS). This award serves to honor outstanding accomplishments, advocacy and service on behalf of the osteopathic profession over the past year. MAOPS was founded in 1897 for physicians holding Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Degrees. The organization advocates for osteopathic professionals at the local, state and federal level.
