Saturday Mammogram Clinic - May 2nd from 9:00am to 2:00pm
What you need to know:
- Call to schedule - walks in also welcome
- No co-payment due at the time of service
- Bring your insurance card & photo ID
- Must be at least one year since your last mammogram
- Must not have current breast health issues - this is a screening mammogram only, not diagnostic
- Patients with a non-JCMG primary care provider must have a physcian's order
