Susan Lange is a family nurse practitioner with JCMG’s Family Care Clinic in Linn, MO. Family nurse practitioners are concerned with the total health care of patients, providing care for patients in both office and hospital settings. She’s trained in the diagnosis and treatment of numerous diseases and conditions, and manage both common and complex problems.
Lange has two children and is an active member of First Baptist Church in Belle, MO. She has been with JCMG since 2010.
Adult Nurse Practitioner certification and Masters of Nurse Practitioner degree from Jewish Hospital College of Nursing and Allied Health at Washington University Medical Center. Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barnes Hospital College of Nursing at the University of Missouri St. Louis.
