Dr. Stephens received his Bachelor of Science with a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry at Southern Nazarene University He received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Oklahoma City, OK. He completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Scott & White Memorial Hospital affiliated with Texas A&M University Health Science Center College of Medicine, Temple, TX.
