As a Phlebologist, Dr. Rumbaoa addresses legs that are aching, painful, heavy, tired, fatigued, itchy, burning, cramping, restless, throbbing, and/or swollen. He identifies any backwards flowing leg veins, which can often be one of the major causes of these leg problems.
Dr. Rumbaoa is a Southern California native and long-time Boonville resident.
Dr. Rumbaoa received his M.D. in 1995 and completed his Family Medicine residency in 1998 at the University of Kansas in Kansas City, Kansas.
Dr. Rumbaoa is certified by the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, and by the American Board of Family Medicine
