Services

Mariah Gann provides comprehensive neurological care with a strong focus on patient-centered diagnostics. She has a special interest in the neurological manifestations of connective tissue diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus, which often present with complex symptoms. These conditions can affect both the central and peripheral nervous systems, leading to chronic headaches, seizures, neuropathies, and a variety of other challenges.

Mariah is also passionate about diagnosing and managing migraines and chronic headaches. She offers evidence-based strategies to help patients reduce pain, improve their daily function, and enhance their quality of life.

She sees patients at the Neurology Institute of MMG, where she brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to every interaction. Mariah is dedicated to ensuring individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their care journey.

About

Mariah’s passion for healthcare began in high school, when a personal health challenge required her to travel to see a specialist. Experiencing the healthcare system from the patient’s perspective opened her eyes to the importance of compassionate, knowledgeable care and sparked her desire to one day provide that same support to others.

During PA school, she had the opportunity to complete a neurology rotation at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. It was an incredible experience that deepened her knowledge and clinical skills, and it continues to shape the care she provides today.

As a provider with JCMG, Mariah is committed to being a strong advocate for her patients. She strives to listen intently, deliver compassionate care, and collaborate closely with each individual to uncover accurate diagnoses and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.

When she’s not working, you can usually find her baking something sweet, tending to her ever-growing collection of houseplants, or out in the garden. She loves spending time with her family, friends, and her dogs. A fun fact about Mariah: she grew up on a farm where she raised and showed cattle across the country.
