Kailey is passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where patients feel comfortable and free to be their authentic selves. Her goal is to help individuals navigate life’s challenges with kindness, understanding, and connection at the heart of the healing process.
Kailey has always been drawn to supporting others during difficult times. For as long as she can remember, people have naturally turned to her when life felt overwhelming. Those experiences inspired her to pursue a career in social work, and she has enjoyed the privilege of walking alongside individuals on their journey toward wellness. In her practice, Kailey strives to ensure clients feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. She believes in meeting people where they are and moving at their pace, rather than following a rigid plan. Her approach is flexible and collaborative, exploring strategies together to find what works best for each person.
Outside of JCMG, Kailey enjoys spending time with her favorite people—her family and friends. She is a proud military spouse and mom of two, and her home is full of energy thanks to a lively crew of Siberian Huskies and Pomeranians. She loves soaking up quality time with her kids, connecting with loved ones, and enjoying life alongside her pets. Whether it’s family time or dog chaos, that’s where she recharges and finds joy.
