Dr. Robinette didn’t always know he wanted to be a physician; he just knew he had a desire to make a tangible difference in the lives of others. After completing his bachelor’s degree in cellular and molecular biology, he began his medical career at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine followed by his residency in Family Medicine at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City.

Dr. Robinette provides general family medicine care, while also incorporating unique practices from integrative and functional medicine to create a well-rounded service for his patients. He is especially interested in helping patients manage obesity and related diseases through personalized weight loss plans, education, medical treatments, and coordination with specialists.

As a Family Medicine physician with JCMG, Dr. Robinette’s goal is to provide focused time and attention to each patient and equip individuals with the tools they need for significant, healthy life changes.

Dr. Robinette is from Utah and enjoys staying very active. When he’s not in clinic, he can be found bouldering and rock climbing, mountain biking, camping, and spending as much time as possible with his wife, Brittney, their four children, and mini golden doodle.
