With a focus on emotional health and development, the scope of Jessica’s work transcends all ages. Her history includes work with early child development programs, residential youth programs, acute psychiatric care for adults, long term psychiatric care of adults and care in skilled care settings.

Primary modalities of treatment include CBT, DBT, EMDR and motivational Interviewing. She has an affinity for expressive arts therapy, utilizing movement, visual arts, music, and storytelling to move towards personal growth. Jessica seeks to understand the “person in their environment” and share connections to human development, family life and mental wellness.

Jessica has lived in the Jefferson City area since 2010. She and her husband share their home with their son and two dogs. Their family enjoys traveling, canoeing, golfing, and camping. She enjoys painting and crafting as well as joining her husband in hunting for treasures at antique stores and malls throughout Missouri.
