  • Communications from JCMG via Collectly: You will receive communications from JCMG that will come from the Collectly platform with your bill/statement.
  • Secure Payments: Follow the instructions in the text message, email, or paper statement to view and pay your bill online conveniently and securely.
  • Customer Support: If you have any questions or need assistance, our team is here to help through live chats and a more robust call center.
