Jefferson City Medical Group is pleased to announce that cardiology services have returned to the JCMG campus. Cardiologists from Missouri Heart Center (MHC) are now seeing patients at JCMG weekly.
Missouri Heart Center cardiologists John Verbsky, M.D., PhD; James T. Elliott, M.D., F.A.C.C.; Mozow Zuidema, M.D., PhD; and Mark Stampehl, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.H.F.S.A each practices at JCMG on a rotating basis. Patients are now being seen at JCMG’s medical building in the former cardiology suite on the second floor.
Patients have the opportunity to be scheduled with a cardiologist based on their condition and area of need. Dr. Verbsky is an electrophysiologist with expertise in advance ablation and rhythm diagnosis. Dr. Elliott has expertise in cardiovascular imagery and adult congenital heart disease. Dr. Zuidema focuses on cardiovascular imagery and structural heart issues. Dr. Stampehl has expertise in cardiovascular imaging and heart failure.
The partnership with the Missouri Heart Center enables JCMG to conveniently provide needed cardiology clinical services along with associated diagnostics to JCMG patients all in one location.
Missouri Heart Center is please to expand our clinical service locations to Jefferson City and partner with JCMG to provide patients with the same quality healthcare much closer to home.
