Jefferson City Medical Group (JCMG) physicians Dr. Alfred Johnson and Dr. Kaitlin Saucier recently received the renowned United Healthcare Hero Award for their exceptional patient care. This award recognizes providers who have achieved high patient satisfaction ratings, as measured by surveys conducted by UnitedHealthcare.
The three standards that healthcare professionals must meet or exceed to be eligible include: a minimum of 93% in the “Getting Needed Care” category, 90% in “Care Coordination,” and a minimum of 61% in “Doctor-patient Conversations”. The Hero Award celebrates healthcare professionals who consistently provide these high-quality experiences.
Out of the 4,913 healthcare providers in the state of Missouri who were included in this survey, only 131 were recognized with a Hero Award. JCMG is pleased to have two of the 2.7% of providers who have achieved this level of success in patient care. An outstanding patient experience is a collaborative effort, and this recognition is a testament to the level of care that Dr. Johnson, Dr. Saucier, and their clinical teams provide their patients every day. This award reflects the exceptional care that JCMG patients can expect when they choose to visit our clinics.
