• Physicians may elect to have a minimum of 1% up to a maximum of 10% of their gross earnings placed into the plan every pay period. The company will also contribute to each person’s fund. You may choose how to invest the contributions from a variety of funds ranging from slow growth to aggressive funds.

• Shareholder Opportunity – This status is conferred by a vote of the shareholders. It requires a growing medical practice and a high level of achievement in their medical field. As owners of the corporation,shareholders are eligible to be department chair and have voting privileges in the corporation. It is the goal of JCMG that all employee physicians ultimately become shareholders.
