JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – Express Care of JCMG will host a grand opening celebration from 9 a.m. to Noon on Saturday, Sept. 10 at 1735 Elm Court.
The open house will feature a ribbon cutting by the Jefferson City Area Chamber of Commerce at 9 a.m., followed by screenings for adults, including: blood pressure checks and venous insufficiency education for those who experience painful and swollen legs. A children’s area will feature a bean bag toss, duck pond, rock painting and a nutrition game. Refreshments and door prizes will be available all morning. There will be several giveaways including an Apple watch, gift cards and other fabulous prizes.
“We’re excited about extending our services to the East End of town and invite the community to come out and see what we have to offer,” says Emily Mantle, JCMG Marketing Manager. “We have a lot of fun activities and wonderful giveaways planned for our open house event.”
Express Care of JCMG opened its doors at 1735 Elm Court and inside the JCMG Medical Building (formerly Extended Care), 1241 W. Stadium Blvd. on Monday, August 1. The convenient, same day clinic treats minor fevers, coughs, colds, flu, cuts, burns, sprains, sore throats, earaches, headaches, seasonal allergies and much more. Patients can walk-in to the East End location and be seen from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday and from 8 AM to 3 PM on Saturday, Sunday and most holidays. The Express Care located inside the JCMG Medical Building hours of operation are 7:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday and 9 AM to 2 PM on Saturday, Sunday and most holidays. An appointment is not necessary.
