Dr. Rucker’s Dish — Late Night Sweet Tooth

Is late night sweet tooth calling out to you? Not going to lie, this is one of my own downfalls. I wish I could remember who told me this trick, because it has saved me so many times. Put a picture of an apple on your fridge or pantry. If you feel yourself wandering for a snack, ask yourself if you want an apple. If the answer is no, then you are bored or you are habitually seeking a snack when you indeed do not need one. If you answer is yes, then have a small healthy snack because it means that you are a little bit hungry.
