We feel Jefferson City is a wonderful communjity to raise our children. There are a variety of excellent public and faith based educational choices. John and I have greatly appreciated the friendliness of the community whether it be in our neighborhood, church, or workplace. Being close to St. Louis, Kansas City and the Lake of the Ozarks offers a wide array of recreational and artistic events.

Although we have only lived in Jefferson City for a short while, it is evident we've made the right move. Since relocating from New York City, we've found many benefits to living in the Midwest. Because the cost of living is so low, we have been able to build our dream home in what is considered to be an excellent school district. There are many family friendly activities in and around Jefferson City as well. While the parks, pools and walking trails are great during the warm months; the library, Barnes and Noble and mall offer many indoor opportunities for entertainment during the cooler months. Jefferson City offers its own unique blend of shopping, dining and nightlife and is also in close proximity to other culinary, retail and entertainment venues in both Columbia, MO and the Lake of the Ozarks.

Jefferson City is a wonderful place to raise a family and we are thankful every day that JCMG provided our family the opportunity to experience everything this community has to offer.
